The Catholic Charismatic Renewal of Memphis presents ALIVE IN THE SPIRIT, a Growth in the Spirit Seminar. The seminar is conducted in five 90-minute sessions in which the participants learn how to cultivate and grow in their spiritual journey with God and God's people. Each session includes Praise & Worship, a teaching, sharing, and prayer. The sessions are given either in five evenings over a five-week period, or in five sessions over a Friday and Saturday weekend.

This seminar is designed as an aid for helping Catholics to grow in the knowledge and use of the charismatic gifts of the Holy Spirit in their ministries and spirituality. While emphasizing the experiential nature of the Baptism of the Spirit, the seminar also seeks to provide solid teaching on our relationship with God...attempting to situate the charismatic experiences within the framework of traditional Catholic Sacraments and Spirituality.

The "Alive in the Spirit" Seminar has Ecclesiastic Approval, and is widely used throughout the Dioceses and Arch-Dioceses in our nation.
